How our Safe Communities App Works
Communities with Our Business Services. The Safe Communities App is intended to assist personnel responsible for maintaining security in the Communities with whom We serve to perform the security function. The Safe Communities App also permits Geo-location Tracking of Registered Users through the use of GPS and other technology. Our Safe Communities App permits Us and certain individuals within the Communities to have specific information on when and where a Registered User is located within the particular Community as well as a history of such Registered User’s movements within such Community. Law enforcement agents may have access to such Registered User’s location and movements. While Our Safe Communities App programming is designed to limit Geo-location Tracking to within the boundaries of the particular Community in which the Registered User is providing goods and services, Geo-location technology data is such that no assurance can be given to Registered Users that Our Safe Communities App will not record movements within a reasonable distance outside the Community.
